Jessica Diaz, RN BSN, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aurora University. She currently works for AMITA Health Center for Diabetes Wellness as a Clinical RN Diabetes Educator. Jessica has eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse in community health, home health, hospice, palliative care, internal medicine, and case management. She is passionate about delivering quality healthcare and educating patients and their families on wellness and chronic diseases with a special interest in diabetes. Jessica is skilled in providing exceptional care to diverse patient populations.
